Our workshops are both educational and experiential. Examples of some of our workshop themes include:

stress management – research-based workshop on managing stress response; includes interactive talk, breathing and mindfulness exercises, autogenic training and habit-development tools and other techniques.

introduction to breathing and meditation – this workshop includes foundations of meditation, mindfulness as a skill and a series of meditative techniques that can be used on a daily basis. The workshop ends with a guided meditation practice.

embodied self-fare – this experiential workshop consists of discussion, nurturing activities and guided meditation aimed at reconnecting with oneself. The attendees will leave feeling grounded, centered and relaxed.

wellness workshop – the workshop covers practical methods and tips to look after your mental wellbeing including relaxation techniques, wellness toolkit and tools for developing personal wellness plan.

desktop and chair yoga – simple chair exercises designed to relief stiffness and tension associated with desk work. The stretches and moves will help to prevent development of chronic issues such as neck or lower back pain.
