Relax & restore!
Slow, fluid and meditative practice that helps to fully relax and let go. This calming style of yoga uses minimal physical effort to release tension from the body. It is taught at a very slow pace, exploring as few as five or six postures in a class.

Signature Boardroom Yoga Classes
Our Signature Boardroom Yoga classes are 30 minutes classes designed for business lacking bigger office space. All exercises are conducted either in the chairs or standing around the table. No exercise gear or yoga mats are required.
