It’s a healing and self-development therapy that consists of talking therapy, spiritual and emotional guidance, selected relaxation and meditation techniques and personalised yoga sequences.

From group coaching, to motivational talks, to yoga and meditation experiences, we help to organize a very special way to celebrate wellness days, employee appretiation weeks and other occassions.

Corporate Yoga & Meditation Classes

All our corporate classes are put together specifically for each group and organisation we work with to address the factors such as your office space, the number of employees, their health and fitness levels and any other unique needs your organisation may have.

Awaken and connect! Move through yoga poses and sequences with breath and awareness to strengthen, stretch and relax your body. Thoughtfully crafted to suit all yoga and fitness levels, this option is a fabulous way to get the group moving together. We will bring our energy, knowledge, and great playlists to help your team come together to cultivate their mental and physical health and wellbeing. Our corporate yoga classes last 45 min and we can use whatever space works best in your office for the number of participants expected.
