These yoga classes were the best 45 minutes of my day. The music, the scented oils, calm and clear instructions guiding you into the poses, amazing. After the warm-up you can work up a sweat or not, there’s no pressure to go too far in any pose. Then the deep relaxation of lying still and floating away for a few magic minutes during Savasana. I’d highly recommend taking the time out of your busy day to take a class.
