We are so delighted to invite you to our weekly online Hatha yoga classes! The classes will run for 8 weeks on Tuesday at 6 PM for 60 min.
We are back to teaching regular classes online and this time our classes that are based on Hatha yoga principles will include the elements of yoga therapy (also known as yoga psychology of the mind).
Over the course of the next 8 weeks we will work on different themes, such as:
- finding inner fire
- self-love and compassion
- stepping out of fear
- and many others
Each class will consist of a brief introduction to the theme of the class, centering and intention setting, physical yoga practice to embody our intention and fascilitate change and the relaxation and meditation practice.
