Learn How To Meditate & Find Your Inner Peace is a 4-week programme for those who are at the start of their meditation journey, as well as for those who want to deepen their practice.
We created this course with an intention of sharing the gift of meditation with those ready to receive it. Meditation is a practice that can be much more challenging to start with than what it looks from the outside. It takes courage, discipline, compassion and patience.
The course will begin in October and it will run for 4 weeks, every Monday at 7:30 PM. Each session will last 40 min which gives us enough time for:
- Introductory talk.
- Group practice.
- Discussion and Q&A.
What will you learn?
You will get a chance to learn:
- What is meditation?
- How to sit during meditation and why.
- Different meditation methods.
- The purpose of meditation.
We will explore several different concepts and principles that support and help us develop personal meditation practice.
What will you do?
- Practice different methods of meditation.
- Try breathing methods.
- Experience heart-centered meditation.
- Journal about your own experience.
